Upcoming in 2012

Greetings and felicitations! I hope that everyone has had a wonderful year! It's been up and down and all around for me, which means it's been great.
We've a little more than a week to the new year, and that means new stuff! I want to fill you in on a few items of note and get some input from you.
First up is that Swords and Sigils is still on indefinite hiatus. It is not behaving and I don't want to lose it completely, so it's shelved until it gets itself in order. I hate doing that, but I feel that it's for the best.
Second is that I've had a lot of requests to get DofA: Vol 2 finished and put into ebook format. I've been posting the draft here, but there are many who don't come the LFE who tell me they want the whole thing done. So that ties into the
Third thing: a new serial! I've been working on the first sections of a brand-new story with which I'm having way too much fun. It's a mash of genres, including sci-fi, fantasy, steampunk, zombies, ghosts, and more. Ultimately, it's a romance about two people overcoming the odds and figuring out how to make love work. But don't worry; it's not mushy. Much. There's lots of fights and politics and chaos and comedy and such.

I had thought to begin the new story in January so that I could finish up DofA: V2 for release in February, but I hate to do that when several of you seem to be really enjoying to updates. So I'm wondering how much of my readership I would lose if I stopped the DofA updates and began the new updates. Would you be happier with the finished product as a whole book, or would you rather have the updates? I will say that I'm almost out of already-written material.
I feel as though I keep yanking the rug out from under you fine people, expecting you to adapt to mercurial moods without warning. Please let me know what you think.
Thanks for reading!

What would happen if I
What would happen if I suggested you post them in tandem? I mean, it'd be a shame to see DoA fall by the wayside, even if it will eventually be released as a whole. But who am I to stifle any other creative urges you might have?

My counter would be, would you want to spend US$2.99 on an ebook when you've already read the story, even if there are changes?

You make a very compelling point there, miss Rosa Sharn. I find I can't refute it at all.

I would - if I liked it
I would - if I liked it enough...
...though I also would prefer the dead tree version to an ebook for purchase...
