Universe Hopping, Weblit Style!
Ok, so I've agreed to take part in a collaborative writing effort that involves "universe hopping", or carrying a story from one writer's "universe" to another. A bunch of us online authors are banding together to tell the story of a baby-snatcher who needs certain infants for teh ebil expurrimints.
We'll take turns writing the action is our respective worlds, chasing said bad guy and his minions across the interwebs. Should be a lot of fun! Here's the info:

Just a head's up: my
Just a head's up: my submission is NEXT WEEK!!!! This will be a big, important chunk of Sarta's personal history, and it will dovetail nicely with the main storyline. Since it uses OCs from other writers, it's not going into SaS, but it will be heavily referenced.
Writing this was a huge adrenaline rush for me; it's action packed and very emotional; you'll see a part of Sarta you've never seen before but (probably) have suspected existed. Hint: yes, she has indeed loved and lost. It nearly killed her.
You don't have to have read the previous contributions to enjoy mine; they're all pretty much stand-alones. But the others are FUN, so you should check them out via the linkage above. Several authors decided to make theirs into role-plays, so you'll see a string of entries under some of them. Others, like me, opted to write the whole entry that occurs in a particular universe.
That said, be sure to come back NEXT MONDAY at the regular update time (1:00am GMT -0600) to learn Sarta's sekrits!
